I read the review from a previous writer. Maybe that person had an issue maybe his car was repossed who really knows but I was a customer with this company and took out several loans and I was always treated with respect I had girlfriends who used this company . Yes the interest rates are high however, I needed the loans to help whatever situation I had to deal with . CFS, worked with me when I could not make my payments on time but they did work with me and the ladies were great and that one guy who owns the company made it possible when I needed additional assistance and at the end of it all I payed off my debt and if I had to use them again, I will. You will see my review other places as I couldn't be happier. Lost a lot in 2008. Credit really took a hit. Spoke to Finance Manager where I bought my car in 2013 and they had trouble getting me financed lower than 28%. He called this company's manager and after explaining the situation, showing income, bank statements, reviewing my credit before 2008 and speaking personally to them, I got a 23%. I just finished paying it off, 16 months early, and now I have no car payment and my credit has had a significant increase. Every time the conversation goes to credit or buying a vehicle, they have my my recommendation and referral for sure. You don't have to take my review as anything but my personal experience, but all you need to do is to contract them and find out for yourself. go to their website or call and ask for Teresa, Megan, Vicky or Chris. The girl in the office, Hi Melissa, asked me to go online and write a review, good or bad so here I am. Here are my two cents. I had to take a star away because they charged me just over 27% interest. No in all seriousness, they have helped me out and even when I have been late a few times, they worked with me. The service was good, the people were nice and I got the check the same day for a title loan where I needed to get some tools replaced that were stolen in Miami out of my work truck. I had a repossession and some problems after I graduated UM and got divorced. I have been a customer here twice. The first was a work van I bought at Jumbo Hollywood Kia with Kevin Love for $8K. The old piece of junk is still running! AMAZING! They seem good. Have never given me a problem.

Had two loans from CFS. Excellent customer service. They are very understanding and will work with you. Do not hesitate to check them out. You will be happy with the result.

House we were renting went into foreclosure and the landlord didn't tell us. We just paid rent on the second and got notice on the seventh. Needed a quick solution and a friend from work suggested CFS. Asked for $1500. After talking to someone in the office and giving my proof of income, the manager overheard what was going on and approved us on the spot for $2000 to help us with not only the down payment for the new place but a little extra to pay a mover to help us last minute. Have gotten a car loan and two personal loans her. No problems. I was never late. I paid on time and they reported to my credit which made a huge improvement. Found it easy to get a loan and the payment terms were always good.
