AVOID!!! I inherited property from a family member and called in to pay the insurance on the property. I spoke with Luis who was very rude and after explaining to him my situation he did not say my condolences how can I help you instead he responded by saying" Okay you just gave me a story about how someone died but I have no clue what you want". I told him in the beginning of the call that I was looking to pay the balance on the account, I guess he missed that part. After 40 mins of him arguing everything in which I have provided power of attorney and trust documentations. He later realized their was a credit balance on my account. He did not advise that I need to send in the death certificate to citizens to close out the account. On top of that my family member had car insurance and refused to cancel it. He told me that in the state of florida that cannot be done. He then tells me he does not know how to deal with my issue cause hes never experienced it before.
