Terrible Experience!!!

Please be aware that the Realators are not very good. I was working with Margarita at the Pembroke Pines location. It was my first time renting from a private landlord. She was very unfamiliar with the properties. So much, that she forgot to tell me that there was an HOA application needed for the property that I put an offer on. 2 days before move in, she says oh by the was... You need to do this application. I find out that it's a 25 business days waiting period to process and I cannot move in without approval. This leaves me in a tough spot because I couldn't stay in my current place because it was already rented. It told the Realator that the property would not work because I have no where to go until the approval is done. She called me later with no remorse and asked if I think I could possibly pay the deposit and sign the lease anyway. ARE YOU KIDDING-- NO!!!! I am now left to stay in a hotel until I can secure another apartment.

This company cant handle their own office in Broward, so what would lead anyone to believe they can efficiently sell or rent properties. I called in regards to a rental that was recently listed on realtor dot com where they were listed as the rental agents. When I called the provided number and after several minutes of ringing, the woman that answered had no idea what I was talking about until I said it was listed on that website with your company as the agents. She at that point exasperatedly asked me to hold as if I was wasting her time. I sat on hold for 5 mins at which point I was given the number to the Real Estate Agent whose listing it supposedly was. I called and the number went immediately to voice mail. This was Tuesday and was the case for 3 days straight with no response to the voice mail I did leave. I finally called the office BACK and explained that I wanted information on this rental and that the number they gave me must not be right. She asked me what number I had and said that it was right then asked me to hold. I SAT ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES! At which point they picked up the line, with Friday chatter in the back ground and hung up on me. I called back and no one ever answered again. IF YOU CANT EVEN GIVE ME A WORKING NUMBER TO YOUR OWN REALTORS, NOR HANDLE A FRIGGIN RENTAL, WHO WOULD BELIEVE YOUR COMPANY IS COMPETENT ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE DETAILED AND TEDIOUS PROCESS OF HOME PURCHASING AND SELLING!!!!!! YOUR COMPANY NEEDS TO RE-EVALUATE THE STAFF!!!! Thanks for showing me from the jump that dealing with your deplorable company would be nothing but a HEADACHE.
