Beautiful Dogs

I brought my 9 month Puggle puppy in for a bath and nail trim yesterday. I dropped her off, and about an hour and a half later I got the call to pick her up. When I arrived a few minutes later, my dog was freaking out for me to take her. She is always excited to see me, but this was at a completely different level. The woman who was greeting me said my puppy was a "sweetheart" and did good. She told me that she didn't like getting her nails done, but that is common of the pug in her. She said they did get them done though. I thanked her for her service and said I'd be back again.A few minutes later, we arrived home and my dog was acting strangely. She began running all around the house, whining. As I'm putting my stuff away, I noticed red spots on my floors. My dog was bleeding and tracking it all over the place. I felt so horrible! My poor puppy was clearly in pain and didn't know what do to. I was able to bribe her with treats and take stock of the injury. Her back right paw was covered in blood and her nail was actively bleeding. I immediately grabbed quick-stop powder to ease the pain and bleeding. Once she was healing, I went around my house and noticed that there were bloody paw prints everywhere...including on my chair and ottoman. I tried to call Beautiful Dogs, but they didn't pick up. I messaged them with a few pictures, asking them to call me back. They never did.The next day, we left them a message, telling them how upset we were that they didn't inform me of the cut and also were not returning our message. They called back about an hour later. Did they apologize? Nope. The very rude woman, Shirley, told us that we can clean our furniture with peroxide and it's not her fault we allow our pet on the furniture. I couldn't believe it. She was incredibly rude, shifting the blame onto me, and refusing to so much as refund the service. We told her that all we wanted was a refund of the $35 we paid and we would just not do business with her again. We told her that we'd leave it at that and not blast her on social media. Her answer? She hung up on us. She then immediately called back and told us not to harass her then hung up again. What harassment? We called because we had a problem with the service we received. We never threatened her, and didn't even raise our voices until she dared insinuate that WE were the problem. Regardless, I cannot state firmly enough to avoid this establishment. My poor puppy was clearly in pain and very upset and I felt like a terrible puppy mommy for leaving her in their hands. Please see the pictures I'm posting of just a small sampling of the prints. If Shirley had simply apologized for the mistake, it wouldn't have been the end of the world. I know sometimes pets get cut when their nails are trimmed, but not to be notified when I picked her up, and to have her actively bleeding and in pain is completely unacceptable. Buyer Beware!!

Shirley is a great groomer and is very gentle with the dog s. they look great and they love going to see her would give 10 stars she is great..

If I could give Shirley ten stars I would . I have been taking my dogs to her for years. She is an excellent groomer, patient , kind and very professional. Her shop is very clean and always welcoming. My yorkie and lhasa apso love going to her shop, If you care about the environment where you leave your dogs then try this shop.

A wonderful place! Shirley and her daughter are so great with my two black labs. Their ears perk up when I ask if they want to go see Shirley! They are immaculate when I pick them up! Highly recommended!!!!

I highly recommend beautiful dogs! Friendly and super nice. My chocolate lab looks great and smells so good!!!

Great groomer! Does great job and our dogs love Shirley! Thorough and professional.
