Purifoy Adult Day Health Care

Poorly run program. Minimal activities and structure. Worker to client ratio too high (e.g., 5 clients in wheelchairs with one worker present). Poor record keeping regarding payments. On several occasions, checks were withdrawn for cash on the day given and then asked to pay the next business day or two although payments had already been made and checks cashed. Prices continued to increase although I had a signed contract for a specific price for a specific time frame. The emphasis is on MONEY, not the clients.

This adult daycare is a blessing to me they have tajen excellent care of my mom they pick her up in the morning & bring her home in the afternoon & the owners are hands on with each person who stays with them they offer 24 hour care & are able to take at lot of stress off the care givers from shopping bathing weekend care & my mom is happy staying here and love these special woman that are running such a great place! I highly Recommend this place & all thier service they offer

I love this place and so does my mom. They pick her up in the morning and they have a great beautiful building with TVs, comfy sofas and they prepare breakfast and lunch for her, and the food is wonderful for daycare. They keep here engaged, smiling and laughing. She brags about their field trips to the zoo and mall. During Christmas, she and others were taken on a shopping trip to buy gifts for their loved ones. And they provide after hour care if you need it and are meticulous about making sure she gets her meds. Can't say enough about the great work and care they provide. Most places would charge a fortune for the services and care they provide.

Not professional. Started out doing a great deal of activities and then just stopped. Mother reported being kept in the car while the owners stopped to shop. Would keep several clients at a time with only one person watching them. They also took it upon themselves to stop giving prescribed medication to my mother without consent from me or a doctor. DO NOT send your loved ones here. They are only concerned with money.
