I was totally satisfied with the customer service, quality of service provided and the biggest shock of all -- the estimate given was the actual amount charged. I was expecting "hidden" charges to be added so it was a nice surprise to pay the exact quoted amount. The technicians went above and beyond.

I like her, she explained everything in terms I could understand and promised to take care of my problems, and trust me there was a problem. I like seeing the dead bugs fall. Thank you very much!

I was so impressed with the guys who came out to my home from your company. Micah has been great to work with me on my flying squirrel issues and explaining all the details of getting rid of them and getting my home repaired. He was very easy to work with and always prompt and polite each week when he came out to check the traps, etc. You definitely have a great asset in him. Also, I only met him once, but Justin was just as polite and courteous when he came to install the flashing. I believe that you are hiring the right type of guys to work with your customers - they certainly do you proud! I only hope that my squirrels are gone for good - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they will now move on! Thanks again and Merry Christmas!!
