        Overall

        From the time I approached the counter the customer service representative was rude!!! He was sarcastic and not friendly at all!! I recommend not going to this store.. I'm actually worried my package won't get to my destination due to his attitude! UPS is a wonderful company, but this particular worker was NOT a reflection of what UPS stands for!

        Stay away from this UPS they are dishonest people

        Beware the people who work here look like Hindus from India they tried to cheat me on overcharging for a package I caught them in the act I will never ship anything through them again.When I caught them in the act the woman admitted they were doing it wrong and I would add it wasn't just a mistake which I could easily over look but they were trying to con me. These people operate like Gypsies.



        Now I have been using FedEx instead of UPS and FedEx prices are better and that adds up if you do a lot of shipping, they also do a quick and efficient free pick up service. They show up at your house to pick up the package(s) the same day or in less than 24 hours so you don't have to even drive to the FedEx store, their web site and tracking service are very good too.

        Treated me like a VIP

        I wanted to ship a picture that my granddaughter painted, but was worried about it arriving without damage. The lady at the store was so helpful, carefully packing the painting, putting my mind at ease. She was so friendly, I really felt much more comfortable with her taking care of the painting. I will recommend this business to my friends.
