Brandon came out and told me what I already knew. He didn’t know how to get me some air temporarily until I get the part I needed. Other techs do. He insisted on continuing to tell me what I already knew. I told him I didn’t want to hear it so he called me an a hole. We very well could have been fighting. I told him to leave my property and he didn’t want to leave. Apparently the company tolerates this kind of Un professionalism. He said he would come back with something I would assume would be a gun. On top of that he left the unit worse than when he came. Don’t call them unless you can fight!

Update. A real technician came out without the truck and uniform and had my air on in less than 10 minutes. Turns out all I needed was to replace the fan capacitor. You should be embarrassed to call yourselves experts. An expert can diagnose a problem and fix it without trying to sell a new unit! Who gives you guys high ratings? Brandon almost got his a.. whooped for nothing. All he had to do was give me some air and stop talking so much. When a customer doesn’t want to hear you that’s when you zip it. And leave when they say so.

This company charged us approximately $1500 for air duct cleaning services. Mark explained the process in details on what the $1500 job would cover so we hired them to do the job on Wednesday August 1, 2018. After completing the job my wife and I noticed a change in temperature on the main floor. Some vents blew warm air, some cold, and others nothing at all. We called Trinity to let them know about the situation and they responded by telling us that it will be an $89 service call to check the unit. In our initial conversation Mark never mentioned that, instead he assured us if we notice any problems after the service he would come back and address it. Totally not the case, not even a simple courtesy to send someone out to check. We chose Trinity because of their faith and for believing in them to honor the integrity and professionalism they represent. Unfortunately for us we were conned. Classic bate and hook, never again …consumers “BEWARE”…valuable lesson learned!

Great customer service. Robb the service technician provided me with a detailed explanation of the problem and offered me options to resolving the issue. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. They have gotten my air conditioner up an running twice now. I would not use any other company.

We used Trinity Air to have our Heating/AC system replaced. I was glad to see they gave a Military/Veteran discount and were the best price among the three estimates I received. The installation and follow-up have been very smooth. I would recommend their services.

How disappointing

Wow, Trinity Air advertises in our church bulletin because the owners are members. Taking advantage if people for financial gain is disgusting. The techs must be on commission and/or not be paid very well because of the efforts in trying to up-sell.

Durning our annual furnace inspection we had 2 flame sensors that were dirty. Service tech said he could clean them but problem would come back. He recommended replacing them which I did for over 500 bucks. Don't trust this company because after doing research on flame sensors I found out that they rarely go out and cleaning them would have been a much better option. Unfortunately they are not honest and will do whatever they can to try and sell you stuff you don't need and rip you off.

If you are looking for an hone...

If you are looking for an honest, professional company that provides exceptional service, then consider Trinity Air. We could not be happier with the sales manager, office staff and their technicians. A previous AC company incorrectly installed a system several years ago creating problems with mold, smells and poor air flow. In Nov 2011 we asked Trinity Air for an evaluation of our existing system. Without being pressured, we followed their recommendations and replaced our entire duct system, added zoning, REM Air Purifcation system and new thermostats. The change in our house and health is phenomenal. Our indoor allergies have virtually been eliminated, wake up without congestion, and have not been sick since Trinity's work. We will never own a system without the air purification system recommended by Trinity Air. Also, the new individually designed duct system with zoning finally allows balanced air flow and an even temperature in our home. We suffered for about 7 years with hot and cold areas of the house until Trinity resolved our problems. Their technicians are professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and listen to us. They are prompt, clean up behind themselves and curteous. Mark Gibson, their sales manager, explained their recommendations, answered every question we had, gave us time to consider all the information and waited until we were prepared to move forward. Their staff has been friendly, responsive with excellent follow through. Trinity was recommended by our neighbor who was very pleased with them and now we want to highly recommend them as an AC/Heating company you can trust.

Incredible price and technicians.

My nine month old house came with a piece of garbage Amana heat pump that was installed by a monkey with a hammer. After several months of 350 dollar electric bills, I called Trinity to come and inspect my system. Patrick came out and showed me the wiring was way to small a gauge, circuit breakers were to small and the hacks who installed the air handler had crushed the plenum causing all the heat to go into the attic. Plus the Amana garbage outside unit was leaking freon again. I was quoted an incredible price for a complete Trane unit and to fix all the screw ups by the other company. Ray, Michael and Patrick came out and did a beautiful, high quality install. I can feel hot air blowing everywhere in my house unlike before. I'm amazed how fast the house heats up. This was an incredible experience and wish doing business was this easy all the time. The office staff was great everytime I called. They actually deserve ten stars.

Trinity Air - Deception

Do not trust Trinity Air. In order to avoid negative reviews, they change their address and listings every few years. If you look carefully at the reviews, some of them sound like they were written by Trinity Air's sales staff.



Do not use this company. They overcharge for their service and recommend full system replacement even when your current system can be easily repaired.



Based on my experience with them in 2009, I would call someone else.

Avoid Trintiy Air. Their technicians are more interested in selling you a service plan then actually fixing your problem. Additionally, their flat rate pricing overcharges you in may cases.

Replacement System

I was very concerned with the cost of replacing my kaput downstairs ac system. I initially got a quote from another reputable company. I then asked Trinity for a quote. I was amazed at how close the 2 quotes were. Being that I was past Trinity customer, they were able to sharpen their pencil and came back with a price that sold me on them.



I am glad, they were able to install the system the next day without any complications.

They are professional in all aspects and I have a great system.

My regret is that I waited to get the system replaced.



The technicians were the best and Mark Gibson represented everthing that Trinity promotes itself to be!

my a/c recently went out and when i called trinity i was surprised to find out that they could come out the next even in 100 degree weather. the tech showed up on time and very quickly solved my problem and i didnt feel like i was being ripped off. Awesome tech and thanks again i will recommend trinity to all my friends and family

When the supervisor came out after we had a small problem, he recommended that we add some additional insulation and duct work. What a difference! Thanks to Trinity Air we are cool and comfortable even in this heat! We'll trust you with all of our Heat and Air needs and we've told all of our friends to contact you.

Awesome Service Technician!!

I had an air conditioning unit that has been out of service for a few years now. I decided just to put in some window units and deal with it because our schedules didn't have my wife, kids or I home during the daytime anyways.

Patrick came out to my house and ran a diagnostic on my unit. I found out that I needed to replace a few parts and even though I hadn't realized it these parts were still under warranty.

Trinity allowed options for me to get my repairs done with a reasonable financing plan to cover the cost of labor on my repairs.

Also while at my house Patrick looked over every detail of my unit and the attic areas giving me recommendations, some which I could do myself, to help with my energy costs.

I appreciate the confidence Trinity has given me in knowing that there are still companies who don't just try to get your money, but they are willing to repair if able and offer replacements when it is necessary.

I have nothing but praise for the entire staff at Trinity Air.



On June 1, 2010, the heat pump unit at my house failed.



On June 2nd I contracted with Trinity Air to install a new Rheem air handler and heat pump system based on what I had read in regards to their reliability and customer support.



On June 8th the installation of the equipment was started and completed within 2 days. When the Trinity technician came to start up the unit it was discovered that both the air handler and the heat pump were defective. The Trinity Air technician contacted the Rheem representative directly to work on rectifying the situation. The Rheem representative responded rapidly to the situation and working in conjunction with the staff at Trinity Air, both units were repaired or replaced the next day and were operating correctly.



The entire staff at Trinity Air from the salesman to the technician and from the installers to the scheduler, went out of their way to address the issue and "make it right". They understand the meaning of the phrase "customer service" and their actions set the standard for their industry. It is refreshing to find an organization that still emphasizes this method of operating.

VERY PLEASED

Went to Yellow pages to read reviews about HVAC contractors before making any calls. All had some bad reviews. Talked to a buddy of mine thats been with trinity for years and is very satisfied. Decided to give Trinity Air a chance and very glad I did. They serviced my A/C within two days and had it cooling!! I don't see how people could write a bad review about that company. VERY PLEASED!!!!

Say yes to a second opinion!

I was told my another H/AC local company that my entire system had to be replaced! Trinity took a second look for me and was able to repair my current system and save me over $3,500! Now my new service contract is with Trinity. Thanks Dusty!!! Sign me.... A happy out of town customer

Great Customer Service Still Exists! THANK YOU!

I recently called Trinity Air when I woke up to no heat. They responded quickly and proffesionally! I ended up purchasing a new heating and air conditioning system (mine was 20+ years old). The service guy, the supervisor that came out and the installation guys were all outstanding. They even helped my wife bring in the groceries. WOW. They also helped me get a government tax credit on my new system. Over the years I have complained to friends and family that it was hard to find good customer serivce anywhere these days. I am so pleased to find GREAT customer service with Trinity Air. Great job!

Avoid Trinity!

Trinity Air has serviced my heat pumps several times and I continue to have problems with them. Every season, I spend another $500 - $1,500 but the same problems continue. Since they were familiar with my heat pumps, I tried to give them every chance to get my units running properly but I'm now fed up. On the last visit in August, I spent $560 to replace a coil for the unit that controls my bonus space above my gargage. The space did not start cooling. I called them back out and the tech said that the system was contaminated and it would be another $600 to repair, so basically I spent $560 for absolutely nothing! How did he not notice the "contamination" the previous day?? Then the tech proceeded to attempt to sell me life insurance. I didn't want life insurance - I wanted my air conditioning fixed!! Avoid this unprofessional company.

Trinity Air was called out to give an estimate on a leaking coil. After confirming the diagnosis from a previous HVAC Company, the coil needed to be replaced. Upon the tech's second visit he did find the valve sticking & system was contaminated. As explained, the leaking coil still needed to be replaced along with the valve. We do appreciate you addressing any concerns you may have with our service.
