Odette's Hair Salon

This salon is for older people. It is not young or hip. Most of the clientele is gray haired. The hairstylists have been there a while, and they are arrogant and rude. I always feel like I should be thanking them for allowing me to pay them close to $200 for a mediocore color job. In this economy, I'd like to feel like they appreciate my business. Instead, I feel like they are snobbish and ungrateful. I am a high-paying customer and sometimes I'm waiting for hours while the hairdresser flits about doing way too many appointments at once. Moving on to a new salon that actually appreciates my business and understands how to treat loyal customers.
