Laura is a sweet & caring person. Takes her little cafe very seriously, and strives to give the customers THE BEST she has to offer. Her food is very good, and you won't find better in the Payson area! Give it a try. You won't be sorry!! Cyndi (a friend)

Laura's Small Cafe -Not well marked ( I fill that way about the whole town of Payson when it comes to marked addresses after driving back and forth for 30 minutes on the small main strip of road) Easy to miss even if your looking for it - BUT WELL WORTH THE EFFORT!!!



* HINT: SIGN ON STREET READS CAFE (NOT LAURA'S SMALL CAFE) IT IS ACROSS THE STREET FORM DAIRY QUEEN AND IS INSIDE FIVE OTHER STORE FRONTS, AND DOSE NOT FACE THE ROAD Asking the locals for a good salad to be had was easy, the directions however were lost in translation from contradicting sources !!!



We finally arrived at 2PM Hungry, Only to find it was closing time! Sharing our disappoint that we had missed out on one of Laura's Chicken Salad, we turned tail - to settle for a fast food chain salad. Already in the car a young girl ran out to us asking if we would like the salads to go! We immediately said yes!!! Opening the doors to let us tired travelers use the restroom, Laura herself served us, you could not ask for a more friendly staff.

After all the frustration of trying to find Laura's Small Cafe we were given simple directions to a local park were we enjoyed the BEST SALAD EVER!!! Every thing was fresh the Red Ripe Tomatoes, Lettuce. Cucumber and the Chicken Salad and cashews was one of the best I have ever had! All this and it was topped off with Laura's home made dressing - A MUST! Every bite was out of this world three days later and I can still think of the joy this salad gave my taste buds I was so hungry and this salad was sooooo wonderful I even bit my lip in all the excitement, A little pricey at $9 + but a very memorable salad and an experience I wont soon forget.
