I found a coupon in the paper and I decided to call up and make an appointment- they told me they had free in home estimates, so I made an appointment that next afternoon. When they came by, the technician thought deep cleaning was the best for my carpet and the older stains. Glad I agreed, now my home is stain free and looks a thousand times cleaner!!

When I figured I needed my living room carpet cleaned along with the big area rug, I decided to google a few companies. I found good and bad reviews on quite a few. Ended up calling the good companies and the ones that had free estimates came by. I agreed with New Jersey Rug and Carpet Cleaning because of their price and the knowledgable cleaning technician. He steam cleaned my living room carpet, and after that, brought my area rug to their factory. I got a call when it was ready to be delivered and we scheduled a time. The delivery man came by, unrolled the area rug and it looked very clean and fresh once again. I thank New Jersey Rug and Carpet Cleaning for their good work.

Overall knowledgeable &great company. I had no problems,, they cleaned my area rug along with repairing the fringe that was missing on the sides. The man that came over reassured me that the rug was in good hands. Rug turned out looking so good!
