Dixie Used Auto Parts

I live in Katy, my son lives in Pasadena. I researched thru the yp and other sources for a company to replace the engine in a truck my son had just bought from his "friend" - two weeks before. It had thrown a rod and the engine had to be replaced. I spoke directly with them and felt they were an honest group to do business with. They (Dixie) gave me a quote I liked so we used them. After the work was complete and my son had his vehicle back, he (my son) gave me some inaccurate information about Dixie that did NOT make me happy. So I wrote a scathing review a few days ago. It turned out to not be fair! So to amyone who read my previous review, I would very much like to revise it and say: What I found originally in these guys, HAS turned out to be accurate. They do thier best to be fair in their quotes, work and dealings. They addressed my displeasure very strongly and showed their sincerity enough to regained my respect and trust! THAT was an accomplishment. I believe if you use these guys, your gonna be happy with the end result....cause they're gonna do their best to make sure of it.
