Pasadena Diesel Repair

We have taken ALL of our vehicles here, both gas and diesel. Whether it be a simple oil change on our gas vehicles or a full job on our Duramax. We have never been let down. They are constantly in communication updating us on where our parts are and how long the jobs will take etc and super quick! Katie, the secretary is the kindest and always makes sure we are updated, no matter what time of day. The technicians are all great and seem extremely friendly when going in the shop, but Brian has done a majority of our work and never lets my husband down, since most of the work is on his Duramax. I would highly recommend this company, we will continue going to Pasadena Diesel for all our car/truck needs. Not to mention its always nice to be greeted by fur friends when you walk in to the office! Thanks guys!

Absolutely horrible experience. Communication was almost non-existent, and they had our truck there for 3 weeks before even letting us know the diagnosis! We actually drove by several different days and saw it sitting in the same spot in their lot, despite being told it was “being worked on in the garage.” After this, I did not trust them to do the repair, so I paid the diagnostic fee I was initially quoted and wanted it towed back home. The receptionist told me the gasket cover was not on, but everything else was and she would secure the bolts and parts in the truck bed. When it arrived home, there was a huge scrape on the side that was not previously there, as well as broken injector control pressure and MULTIPLE PARTS were still disassembled. Much more that the gasket cover I was told. EVEN THE FENDER WAS REMOVED! Please don’t take your vehicle there if you are looking for honest work with honest communication.

Great service and attention to detail. Very fair prices and great work on my diesel. Would not hesitate to have them make any future repairs.
