I bought a home from Jeffery Brewis, who works for Commercial Contractors. He said it was just him building the house, but in fact he had several employees from Commercial Contractors doing the work. First he did not provide the warranty that was promised and signed for in the contract when I bought the house. Some of the work in the house is shotty, for instance, I had a pipe leak because a pipe was too short connecting to another pipe. It was a slow leak, but needless to say I shouldn't have a pipe leak within a year. The house did not have gutters on it; I had to get Anne Arundel County Permits after him to get gutters on my home. He never put screens on some of the windows in the home. The HVAC Unit broke 1 1/2 years after the home was purchased and was supposed to be covered under the warranty, but was not because he purchased the wrong warranty. The tile kitchen counters cracked and broke off shortly after the house was built. He left a lot of junk in the old shed that was supposed to be cleaned out. Also the carpet was laid on the steps wrong and it came up. He never provided railing caps in the living room or sliding caps on the sliding glass door. There is a metal piece sticking out of the foundation. Junction Boxes in the ceiling need mud work and some of the nails have popped out of the sheet rock. Jeffrey Brewis would not return any phone calls or complete the work that was promised. I had to sue Jeffrey Brewis in District Court and was successful. Stay far far away from these people, they are your worst nightmare. If anyone would hire this quack I wouldn't trust any of their work.
