Independent Audi & Vw Service

They have been pretty reliable since we started using them (about 4 years ago). They provide pick-up/drop-off. They are generally good at delivering at the scheduled time. I have had problems at other places where they keep postponing when they would return the car! They also accommodate requests for checking any warnings (engine light, tire pressure etc) on a very short notice.

These guys are top notch! Their prices are very good, and the mechanics are very trustworthy. They are always up front about what really needs to be fixed NOW, and what can wait until later, too. For VW service, there's nowhere else in town I would go.

I’ve had my Allroad since new – serviced by Rusnak till the extended warrantee expired – then I tried 3 different European shops for various services and incidentals; all of which left much to be desired. The three had one thing in common, the service was abysmal and the job suspect! The three shops can’t hold a candle up to Feres’ service and work. And for some color - I don’t write reviews often – well, hardly at all – and when I do, I have to have multiple good experiences to do so! Ok, I don’t have low standards – you could say, I’m not easily impressed. So, when I get the same and better service multiple times, I put out a good word!

Fares and his team at Independent Audi and VW are the only technicians I trust with my 05 Audi A4 1.8T CVT. Even Audi dealers pale in comparison.



Fares is reliable, trustworthy, and extremely honest. He will never push service on you that you don't absolutely need. He has fair and honest prices and I cannot emphasize the quality of his work.

I took my 2005 Audi A4 here as my last hope, I was ready to burn it!! But Fares took care of all its problems now I absolutey love my car!!! I had to have the transmission replaced, then a fuel pump but Fares took care of it all, now it runs like new. I'm gonna keep it now, and I'll definately get another Audi as long as I can take it to Independant Audi!

Way better service than the competitors and better pricing too. The owner/tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Overall my experience was excellent. I highly recommend this business for all you Audi/VW owners out there.

I was in a crutch where my rear coolant flange went bad and needed to be replaced. Only a specialist would understand and also have the tools to get the job done correctly. I called around a few mechanic shops and many didn't even know what a real coolant flange was - which demonstrates they have never done this type of job (which is common with Audi's and VW's)



My car was immobile and I called the dealership and found this place as well. The owner and head mechanic of this shop was the former team leader for Rusnak Audi and comes with 20 years of experience. Not only did he do the job correctly with the level of service you would find at an Audi dealership, he was MUCH cheaper than Rusnak down the street. The work on the car was done immaculately and he was VERY upfront with the costs and what needed to be done. Being fairly familiar with the mechanics of the car, I knew that he was actually charging less time than it would take to do the job. Try finding that level of honesty from a dealership!



This shop is a recently opened shop and I highly recommend this place. I live in West LA, but plan on coming to this place for all my Audi needs.

I took my A4 1.8 there after my warranty expired, and experienced a way better service than the competitors and better pricing too.

Moreover, the audi specialist fixed my wipers at no charge although I had not mentioned the fact that they needed to be replaced. Excellent experience. I highly recommend all to have the experience for yourself.
