I cannot tell you how fantastic IHC is. They have helped me tremendously and I was a wreck when I started going to them. I had 3 surgeries in 4 months and my health was horrible. I was on 14 prescriptions and now I am on 3 plus herbs and vitamins. I was having abdominal pain since 2001 and it has completely gone away!!!!! You have no idea how amazing that is for me. I have been to every specialist, cannot get anymore CT's for years because I have had so many, etc trying to diagnose the pain and the only thing that took it away was acupuncture.



Insurance pays for my acupuncture which is awesome!!! The office staff takes care of everything for me so nothing is left for me to deal with. I am really thankful to have found IHC!!!

I have been going to Integrative Health Centers in Parkville to find some relief for my hot flashes and low energy - and I did! The entire experience was fantastic! From the friendly, welcoming staff to the relaxing atmosphere of the rooms to the caring practitioners - that actually listen to me! I was seeing Bill Zvarick and when he moved to the 2nd location that just opened in Towson (Lutherville) I started going there. He is amazing! My hot flashes are gone, no more night sweats and now I get up in the morning with energy instead of dragging myself out of bed like I used to. Never underestimate the power of acupuncture! I would much rather be treated with alternative medicine that has been around for thousands of years instead of ingesting some checmical that may or may not work - and will most likely give you side-effects! No thanks....I will take Integrative Health Centers anyday! (Oh and did I mention that they accept insurance for acupuncture treatments!)



Plus they just added yoga, t'ai chi and qi gong classes, their massage therapist is awesome and they are starting a nutrition lecture series with their nutritionist soon! Sign me up!

I had always heard about the benefits of acupunture but had never tried it. I made an appointment at Integrative Health Centers and am so happy with my decision, that I now recommend it to everyone. Acupuncture was painless, relaxing, greatly improved my injury AND MY INSURANCE COVERED IT! Now, I visit their massage therapist as well. Try it, you'll be glad you did.
