Integrated Ob/Gyn

Do not go here. The front desk is a joke. They have messed up so many of my appts. I have scheduled 3 appts to get my nexplanon put in and I still dont have it. The first appointment they cancelled because the dr was going in to do a c section. I understand that. I was completely forgiving. The 2nd one as I was checking in they realized they messed up the appt and only had me scheduled for a well women exam. This time I was in the waiting room for 45 minutes before they came to tell me that I was scheduled with a doctor that doesn't do nexplanon and that I would have to reschedule.  Are you kidding???? I brought out my preemie daughter and sat in a waiting room for that long to be told I need to reschedule. I took off work for this appt. They also informed me I had a bill that wasnt paid. I asked to see the bill and the lady at the front counter couldn't figure out how to do that for me. They have not been sending me any bills. And I called them back in march to make sure I was all paid up and that my Insurance had covered it. They said I was all good. Come to find out they charged me for 8 missed appts! That were all supposed to be cancelled because I was already admitted to the hospital on bed rest to monitor the baby for pre eclampsia and pre term labor. They could never keep my appointments straight. I was a high risk pregnancy and at 28 weeks they lost all of my paper work and notes on the pregnancy. This also happened to my friend who was pregnant at the same time. Seriously go somewhere else!
