        Overall

        In shock at how rude the receptionist is at the front desk. I have never been to a place where the receptionist scolded patients who arrived just 10 minutes early. Stating " didn't try tell you to come early". Patients are still customers and we have a choice in healthcare. As unattractive as she is, a little personality could be helpful. Absolutely disgusted with this person and she should be ashamed of herself! You can't treat people like that, this false sense of entitlement and power is ridiculous. Maybe the person walking in had something happen, maybe life has been difficult, maybe when a person walks in they should feel welcomed not scolded or treated as if they showed up late to 5th grade math class from Mrs. Bitteratlife.



        I am so furious that I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and had to deal with that in the morning.



        Absolutely unacceptable! Never go to this place, if you're paying and your insurance is paying, you deserve a welcoming establishment, not Mrs. Nothinggoingforher
