It's a shame that one star is the lowest rating that can be given for this business. Customer service should be zero, service provided should be zero. We have been there three times for work to be conducted on separate vehicles. We will certainly never return and would not recommend them unless you enjoy an inaccurate initial quote ending exceeding your quote with hundreds more than you were quoted for poor work.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended Whatever you do DO NOT go to the Car Toys in Parker. They broke a piece of my son's dash installing a radio and claim no responsibility. Even the manager is unwilling to work with you. How convenient to be able to screw up your car and then claim they aren't liable. We were also unhappy with the way the radio was installed and when I asked the service writer if he would find it acceptable in his own car he replied, "No." That instills a lot of confidence for a customer. I wish I had read earlier reviews before going here, because based on other people's experiences, I would have known better.

This place is horrible this is coming from a auto repair shop that uses them for our customers "Wants" and let me tell you how it works when you drop off a car with them.



Drop off a car at 10:30 am for remote start they know its coming and have all the parts and 2keys as asked for im told will be done no later then 2pm and they will get it right in as we need the car back to do some brake work ok no big deal.



2:15 pm I call up there and they just started it asking for another 4hours ARE YOU KIDDING ME OK 1ST STRIKE



I tell them no way and we will come get it and drop it back off at 5 for them to finish it at this point im told only an hour left tell its finished but wait did you not just tell me that you needed 4hours OK??????? 2nd STRIKE



So we drop it off at 5:15 pm and we are promised it will be done and the keys will be left in it so we can pick it up early the next morning to get it back to our shop phew what a day but wait its not even close to being OVER.



7:30 am we show up to get the car and bam no car insight its inside so I call and told someone will be there at 8 am to get the keys no one shows we get back to our shop I call back up there at 8:30am and they cant get the keys because they are locked away what is wrong with this place ok I will call back at 9am. 3RD STRIKE



9am I call and he says yes I have the keys I ask ok its done right he says I don't know what did we do ? ok really I tell him you installed remote start he says hold on let me go try it comes back on the phone and says no its not working OMG this is horrible are you for real right now? so thy ask and promise one hr it will be done im furious as you can imagine so I wait I call and hour and a half later and they ask for another hour to get it done 2 HOURS LATER its done HOLY COW people really I tell every one of my customers how bad this place is and we have over 5000 Customers.



Please do yourself a favor and take it elsewhere or do it yourself you will have a better shot of doing it..



Places that do the same work Quality auto sound and Best buy both close to parker.

1st (and definitely last) time...

1st (and definitely last) time I EVER take my business here. I paid a ridiculous sum of money to have the SHORT list of "wants" taken care of. One of my main concerns was wanting steering wheel radio controls to work. Oh... guess what, you've just spent $700. They've installed it, and the minute you ask, "Hey.... why isn't this working???" I'm advised that they didn't have that in their system and that it would cost another $200. I already spent $700 to have a $300 system installed and NOW you want another $200. SCREW YOU! (actually I'm the one who got screwed) Won't happen again!
