We are a family owned and operated business that operates in one building under two divisions in Park Hills, MO. The first division is Ozark’s Modern Insulation(OMI). OMI began in 1977, and is a reputable, quality-oriented insulation contractor that is capable of fulfilling all of your insulation needs. At OMI, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products on the market, and group that with “old fashioned” customer service in order to ensure a pleasant experience when dealing with our company.The second division is Leadbelt Stove and Fireplace. Leadbelt started selling stoves and fireplaces in 1989, and remains as one of the few sellers in the area. We have the capability of installing all of the products that we offer. This is a growing division of our business, as we are always looking for new products and services to offer our customers. Our main goal is to please our customers, and to earn their repeat business, time and time again!HISTORYOur company was started by Bob and Mary Sechrest in 1977 as an insulation contractor. They were able to start Ozark Hills Insulation, Inc. with $5,000 they had saved up, a pickup truck, and a far-fetched dream. By 1984, the company had built up a strong customer base, and was able to buy out the local competitor, Modern Insulation. At this time, the company restructured and starting doing business as Ozark’s Modern Insulation. In 1989, they purchased a second business and created two divisions of operation. The two businesses became known as Ozark’s Modern Insulation and Leadbelt Buck Stove. The two businesses went on and by the year 2000, when Bob died, was the employer of about fifteen employees. After Bob’s passing, the business was held together by Mary, long-time employees Jane Cross and Joe Knowles, the experienced installers, and General Manager, Brian Wagner.As of January 1, 2007, the company went under new ownership by the second generation of the family - Lance Sechrest and Brian and Jill Wagner. The company was renamed to Sechrest/Wagner, Inc. and currently does business as Ozark’s Modern Insulation and Leadbelt Stove and Fireplace.

Leadbelt Stove and Fireplace started selling stoves and fireplaces in 1989 and is one of the few sellers in the area. We offer a wide variety of types and brands to fit the wants and needs of our customers. We always provide FREE ESTIMATES, and would love the opportunity to help you with your heating needs. Installing windows and doors has been a minor facet of our business for over 20 years. Although the majority of our work with windows and doors is done through government agency funded projects, we’d be happy to help you with any of the services that we offer! We always provide FREE ESTIMATES, and would love the opportunity to help you with you window and door needs!

Location

Take the Parkway Drive exit off Hwy 67 in Park Hills. Head West off the exit and go to the St. Joe Drive intersection. Make a right (North) onto St. Joe Drive and go 1/8 mile. Our business will be on your right, and kind of sets down in the valley.
