Country Meadows Nursing & Rehab

I’ve never had a more better time at Country Meadows that I have at any other nursing home. The staff is eager to help the residents, caring and the facility is so clean and nice. The residents are happy and you’re greeted with nothing but warmth and love. I will always love country meadows and their staff!

Had a experience at this facility while I was visiting a loved one I will never forget. Had sat down and started talking to them to realize they hadn't been brought water since the day before and then I came in contact with a worker that seemed to be heavily under the influence of narcotics to the point that she couldn't hold a conversation or keep her eyes open. BARE MINIMUM care. My loved one feels like a burden to most workers to the point that they would rather be in agonizing pain rather then ask them for the medication that can only be obtained per his request. I'm unsure if this is a way to save their pharmacy money or to keep their employee on cloud 9 for their entire shift. The valuable employees are over shadowed by the lazy, disrespectful, drug addicted low lives that are employed here.

If you want your loved one cared for by drug addicts & irresponsible aides, well than this is the place for you. The administrator ( Kim Thomas ) is a joke! She allows the aides to stay on their cell phones accessing Facebook and/or gaming while your precious loved one is neglected & helpless to use the bathroom for themselves. This place is pathetic to say the least!
