The Paris Grill

Our staff had our annual Christmas party at The Paris Grill and it was fantastic. My sister and I decided to return for our Birthday dinner. We both ordered the prime rib at $21.99 each. The salad and appetizer were good. When the server brought our main course we both were so disappointed. The shrimp was burnt so we sent it back. The only thing on the plate that was hot was the baked potato. My sisters meat was about one inch thick well done (ordered med) and dry. Mine was less than one half inch thick but it was close to the med rare that I ordered. The server brought out more shrimp which was also burnt. We complained but she just left and avoided us. She did bring dessert which was good. Our check was left which was 50.33. We thought they would at least discount the shrimp but didn't. When we paid, the server told us that the shrimp was burnt because the oil needed changing. We both work in a kitchen so we know that was not true. We will not return nor will we reccomend the Paris Grill for our next party or to our friends. (10/06/12) Chris Wright, Montpelier Id
