Depending on the work requirements you can but you do get what you pay for. the architectural education is 6-7 years long including a professional internship like a doctor or a lawyer and includes a wide array of studies from history and theory, to buildings systems and project management. A draftsperson known how to draw though not necessarily what to draw as well they are not concerned with actual cost saving during construction called value engineering. In other words, you might pay half as much for the drawings though twice as much for construction.A good rule of thumb for professional fees in the Los Angeles are is 20-25% of the stimated cost of construction. This will increase a bit for smaller projects and decrease for larger projects. All new construction requires a building permit and a building permit requires information about your property, design drawings, documented safted and energy measures and structural design and caluculations by a licensed engineer.BLINK Design generally rpefers to manage the bilding as well as the interior design.
