Fast Auto And Payday Loans, Inc.

I hated the whole experience doing business with Fast auto Loans, Inc. This was a nightmare. Two times i called within the same day, they gave me a different pay-off amount every time, and of course the second time was higher by $500. Customer service was very rude at this store. One of the representatives hung up the phone on me when we discussed about them towing my car. I had asked him for his area manager's (bryan) contact number, and he said that he was not allowed to give out the contact info. I called their corporate office, and asked to speak with anyone in charge. The customer service representative said that he would ask the area manager to call me back. The manager never responded or called me back. I decided to come to pay off my loan because I did not want to deal with them anymore. The store manager kept calling the area manager, but he was not available. After waiting for about 40 min, the area manager decided to talk to me. I paid off the loan and expected to pick up my car from Sterling (the towing company) according the store manager.



The nightmare did not end there. Fast Auto Loan, Inc store manger gave me the number of the towing company to call so I can schedule for the date to go pick up my car. The next day when I called the towing company, the representative said my car was not with them and it was transported to an auction place in Riverside (one hour and 30 min away from where I lived or where they towed my car). I called the Fast auto Loan store manager and then the area manager Bryan again, but they said it was beyond their control and they had nothing to do with that and thus I had to pick up my car from Riverside. They said that it was not their responsibility to take my car back to give to me when I expressed that I did not have any transportation to go pick up my car from Riverside. I called the corporate office and requested to talk to the regional manager....
