Rose Nails

You could not pay me to go back to this place. I have had my nails done for 28 years and this is the worst job ever!!! First they left me sitting in (eventually cold) pedicure water for almost an hour. Then they did a horrendous rush job. I was so happy that my thin natural nails are finally getting thick enough to grow out and I wanted a professional shaping. The woman that did my manicure sanded the tops of my thin nails relentlessly (as if they were acrylics) while she distractedly rambled on to owner about their weekend plans. She made them thinner than ever while I sat in a really uncomfortable position with her doing my nails and the owner simultaneously doing my pedicure. After over-filing the tops of my nails she didn't file the tips of them at all and did not shape them, she just cut them so the tips were uneven, and jagged and they have been snagging and tearing on everything since til they are so short two days later that they bleed. Also the polish started peeling off the same day as the manicure. Funny, when I polish them the polish doesn't peel off and when I file the tips and buff them they don't snag on anything - and I am FAR from a professional. It will take me months to grow out the damage she did to my nails. The owner rushed through my pedicure and then tried to put my flipflops on immediately afterward even though I told her I was not in a hurry. She messed my toes up and then to my horror she tried to just paint over the messup rather than remove the polish and redo it, until I complained. I honestly have never seen anyone try to repaint messed up polish unless it was very minor. This was very major messed up polished. I understand that they felt bad that I had waited so long, but I didn't complain about the wait so why add insult to injury by doing a super bad rush job. While the pedicure and manicure were the worst I have ever had, the price was approaching that of a high-end salon, which this is most certainly not. I am shocked this place is even in business.
