Scheduled an "appointment" for 7:30 am to determine why Check Engine Light was on. Took day off to bring car in at "appointment time." Everyone was very nice and seemed cordial but by 10:00 am no one had looked at car - complained and got car into bay and got codes scanned, but not WHY codes happened - work on other cars took higher priority - They did clear codes - but they were uncertain when they could actually get back to determine why codes had occurred. This was my first visit, I am a new customer, okay - others are more important - I understand....

Rescheduled another "appointment" about 1 week later. Dropped car off the evening before "appointment day" and left car overnight as they recommended so they could get to car "first thing." Returned 3:30pm day after leaving car - they had not touched car the entire day - I left very frustrated to say the least- no explanation was given as to why they had not looked at car.

"Appointment" to this business apparently means they expect you to drop car off (so they account for the extra vehicle in their yard) and they will get to it if/when they can - but you should not expect them to actually do anything the day of the "appointment."

Cannot recommend this business unless you can afford to leave your car for undetermined time period to actually get something done.

VERY disappointed. Will not make another "appointment."

I moved from California last year. This place kept my vehicle for more than 10 days to fix the oil leak problem with the excuse - "the mechanic was hospitalized." To the end, this place charge ~$2,000. Well, after the fix, I had another problem - power steering wheel oil leaks... This place surely made me regret to move to Panama City.

We moved here from Atlanta and for two years I drove back to Atlanta to have my Benz serviced. Someone told me about Reggie at Eurasian and we gave them a try. I'm so glad we did!! We have been extremely pleased with the service and the price! A couple of times I had minor problems and stopped by to have them look at it. Both times they cleared the problem and didn't charge me anything. If you are looking for honest, reliable service at competitive prices...see Reggie at Eurasian.

be careful they overcharge you at the end not worth it at all

all i wanted was a price on a tranny flush they told me they would have to call me later because she doesnt know the prices! y do u have someone answering the phone who doesnt know the prices?
