Happy Tails

Terrible experience! The first time we boarded our dog with them it went very well. This time, he came back covered in urine and feces and acting terrified. we were told he acted very “badly” and barked the whole time. Seems he was left in his crate in his feces the entire time! After a warm bath, he is now sleeping and seems traumatized. Never returning!

When our dogs first went to Happy tails, they were fine...for awhile, then later they started acting terrified when we took them. Don't know why but our dog shudders now and acts scared...they don't give them water because are dogs are so thirsty later, they ignore our instructions of how we want them cut, our what not to do and they knick them everytime while grooming. They are raising their prices.The shampoo they use makes our dogs miserable and they don't rinse them good enough. We will be taking our dogs elewhere.

After trying another place for 10 hours. We picked up our Maltese and, took her to Happy Tails. Best decision we ever made. At Happy Tails we could enjoy our vacation. Took two days out of our vacation to do this But, was worth the move to Happy Tails. Will use them next year.

This place is wonderful...My best friend and I have been using Happy Tails ever since they opened years ago. They've always taken special care of my precious malti poo who is my baby boy. I've been to several other places since i've lived here for the past 13 years and they are absolutely the best. They love the dogs & will call you just as soon as your dog is done. I love the way they cut my dog. Sometimes I have him in a bichon cut and sometimes I keep him shorter depending on the weather. He looks fantastic every time I pick him up. I am the Reservation Mgr of a large resort and recommend Happy Tails to all our guests...everyone agrees that they are great!!

they don't deliver on what they say. I wanted my dogs undercoat brushed out and when I picked her up she shed just as bad as when I dropped her off. It was the most exspendsive bath I ever paid for. She smells pretty but I still have the issue of overly shedding as I did before I dropped her off. The staff also her a he and put a boy scarf on her. Most people mistaken her for a boy, that's why I have a big pink collor and leash on her, which she had on when I picked her up. The girl mistaking her for a boy just didn't pay enough attention to her to notice and remember that it might be a little impoortant to remember the gender of the dog in front of the owner, exspecially if that owner seemed disatisfied with the results of the grooming...just saying. End result, I will never take my dog back there agian. I can give her a bath myself, it was her de- shedding that I was mostly paying for

My Shih Tzus come out looking good every time I take them, and they do what I ask

them to do. I call from B,ham when I am going down so they can "do the dogs"!

Happy Tails is a wonderful place to take your beloved pets they have done a wonderful job for me for over a year now. I have 2 pit bulls they have groomed and have done a wonderful job on keep up the good work Happy Tails .........Charles
