Durbins

We were great customers at one time. Ordered delivery a few times a week. Eating inside once or more per week. Many drinks too. The food quality has suffered greatly over the past 6 months. Oops. Don't dare mention that to the servers and especially the 2 arrogant girls working the pizza ordering phones. You'll be humiliated, embarrassed and angry. Since the food quality is now so poor, the service stinks, and you have to be comfortable feeling like an idiot to enter, we're through with Durbins.

Durbins Pizza in Palos has delicious food at a good price.

Now that I've talked about all the good things, let's get to the bad.

First off, their security is a joke. A bunch of d bags who think they run stuff and can be rude to anybody! Including a sober customer who's just trying to end their night. Not only has this happened to me on more than one occasion, but several friends who've gone as well. (This excludes the big guy Marco)

The drink specials, aside from 1$ bottles on Thursdays, are pretty much non existent.

The managing staff, including the GM and OWNER, can't be any help to you as they're always tanked out of their minds while ON THE CLOCK. On top of being drunk, they couldn't be any ruder to customers. (Including regulars and close friends of their servers)

If you're going to try and have a team get sponsored by them, good luck getting your money. Our softball season has been over for 6 weeks and have still not seen the other half of our sponsorship. (Although we still go a few times throughout the week(including saturdays) to spend money). I call almost daily asking for the remaining 325$ balance due to us only to be given rude comments and the run around. I can't even turn in our sheets to collect our winnings until these people pay the rest of our bill.

The type of patrons this establishment is attracting is that, "scumbag" crowd who comes out to take advantage of those 1$ bottle nights! I blame this on a dirty bar with terrible management.

The fact of the matter is, these guys need to go watch the last season of "Bar Rescue" and take a few pointers from that John Taffer fella!!
