The Coach House Mobile Home Park

My daughter and I want to this park on April 4 and made an offer on a unit listed by a broker who lives in the park. We put application in box at office the same day. The woman at the office never talked with us citing family problems. She must have looked at the app for the following week she sold the unit without telling us. We then made an offer on another unit owned by park that has been standing empty for three years. were told manager would review our app. Put deposit down. Park has quite a few empty sites, many units for sale,Is billed as age restricted. Were encouraged to apply even so. My daughter is 51. There is a shortage of affordable living spaces available in area but manager finally told us three weeks later that she couldn't approve my daughter's app because her credit isn't good enough and this is the way it has been done since the park opened. If she had told us three weeks ago we would not have pursued it. I will be getting in touch with owner. Terrible experience!
