John Manning Plumbing is a reliable service to use in the Antelope Valley. They gave us a competitive quote, described what would happen, and performed the job as described. They were professional, entertaining, and we had no issue at all. John was great in helping us with an unknown that he said could be a prospective problem, and was more than we would have liked but understood while we pondered and researched all options. In the end we went with JMP. Would recommend them to anyone for any of their plumbing needs.

After calling around several places to get some septic work done, they definitely had the best price. Once the arrived they were able to complete the job in a timely matter. The team did a great job and I would recommend them for future plumbing issues.

After we called about a water heater problem we received a call back for the appointment. The appt was for between 8AM and 12PM and we were given the tech's name. The day of the appt the tech, Jeff, called us and said that he would be at our home at 8:30 AM. He and his helper were on time in the company van. Introductions were made and he examined our defective water heater. He noticed several problems that the previous plumber did not correct and these problems were to have been brought up to code. The tech and worker proceeded to replace the unit with a new water heater. I checked to rating of the new heater and it was well rated. The tech explained all that was accomplished and cleaned up the area. We are VERY satisfied with the service we received. We had hired this company to replace a septic system the spring of 2016 and were very pleased with the work and price.

John and his crew live up to their great reputation. I'll use them again for sure. Very professional.

I am very disappointed in this company and my insurance company for sending them two of the technicians arrived at my home on time but before he would even look at my water heater he told me I had to sign a contract because the insurance company makes them have a signature before anything is looked at which when I talk to my insurance company they said that is not true it was a blank piece of paper when I ask for a copy of it he told me no and never gave it to me then as I let him in I open the door to where my water heater was he looked at the water heater he walked out to his truck when it got a knife asked could he open it with the night the blanket on it I say yes he came back he told me I needed a water heater and then it was going to cost me out of pocket $375 and my insurance only pay $1,000 because i had 3 code violations witch i did not because the Gas company had came the day before and they would have red flag it so i called the gas company and they told me they would have put red tape across it and then i told him i would not need his service he could leave and he said No he could not leave until his company called him and tell him he could leave he stayed a hour more all so his company can charge my insurance $127

Great customer service! I was quoted a fair price for a septic system installation. Technician Jeff showed up on time and got a big job done in 4 hours! I definitely recommend this company!
