He was hired to derail a child support modification request. His findings were misleading and inept. Due to his recommendations, additional time was granted to the wrong parent. One of the children has since turned adult in the eyes of the court and is seeking legal recourse against all parties involved. He is a snake oil salesman, his findings were absolute garbage. He couldnt even remember the specifics of the living arrangements in the evaluated home. Apparently, he was so convinced of the outcome prior to the final judgement, that he put an excerpt in some “comic” book he wrote that mirrored our EXACT situation and published it before reporting his “expert” findings.Misconduct? In my opinion he should not be hired by anyone that is truly interested in the best outcome for the children in a divorce/visitation proceeding. Look elsewhere.
