We were a party of two, it took 5 minutes to be seated, 30 minutes to have our menus tossed onto the table and to order water, and an hour and 15 minutes to walk out with empty stomachs and attitude from the servers. By the time I had this review written my food arrived at IHOP-George was awesome!

The best for less

The vegetables are fresh, not frozen. This alone would make me give Perkins a high mark, but add to that their amazing selection of baked goods (the eclairs are the stuff dreams are made of) and, who could resist?
