Horrible customer service. They are all friendly when you discuss spending thousands with them for upgrades but God help you if you have a problem afterwards. They put the wrong map in my buddy's Power Commander (after he spent $2K+ with them) and basically told him "Tough $#!%" when he took it back because it ran so poorly. Gulf Coast fixed the problem with a dyno tune and the right map. After this, I asked them for the map in my bike and was informed if they gave me the info, it would void the warranty on the $1500 worth of work they had just done on my bike. Well, since their warranty isn't worth squat, I got the map from them. Do yourself a favor and avoid these morons. Go to R&D motorcycles on Tampa Rd and the junction with Curlew. Never a problem there with service or warranty. Cost is better at R&D as well.
