I have been a customer for 9 years at this establishment. I've tried others, but they win "hands down" because of their attention to cleanliness and customer service and satisfaction. I have been a customer here for years and have had a consistently excellent experience. I am VERY picky, abd have tried several area salons before becoming a loyal customer at Crystal Nail. Crystal Nail & Spa does an all-around great job; they are clean, polite, friendly, customer-focused and they pay attention to detail. Jenny and Johnny, the owners, work on site and assure that every customer leaves happy and looking great. Even when I just walk-in without an appointment, I am always pleased with the quality and caliber of service I receive. The fact that they are always busy is a testament to the great service they provide.
