        Is okay, but need to be updated. Senior who are looking for employment are directed to online employment applications that can take up to two hours. However most seniors are not computer savvy and most employers does not want paper application for employment.It reminds you of the saying before you can get a person to work you have to feed them. More computer classes and sensitivity training for the Seniors are needed before this program can truly suceed.
