I bought my in laws what I thought would be a wonderful 15 year anniversary present here, it was a couples massage. During this massage the table broke, leaving my father in law on the floor, undressed. After the incident there was no compensation offered besides a glass of water. My wife called to speak to the manager who offered a full refund, she was to go in the next day to pick it up. Upon arriving my wife was only given half the refund and vouchers for free services, even after explaining the previous day that my in laws were moving to miami at the end of the week and would not be able to use these vouchers. The owner promised a full refund, I think that the situation was not handle correctly or professionally at all. I will not be returning and would NOT recommend this spa.

Spent a spa day there and the experience was wonderful. I was pampered and left feeling like a movie star.

I moved from NY about 4 years ago and have been searching for a hairdresser that can work with my very curly, thinning hair.



I could not find anyone I really liked. Then I went into Spa Floridian and thought I would try the new guy there named Lee. OMG!! The most amazing hair cut I have ever had, NY included. This guy is gifted. He took into consideration the shape and angle of my face, my little forehead. I cannot tell you the compliments everyone of my friends gave me after he cut my hair. We are lucky to have this fellow in our town!!

I have used spa floridian for the massuse before but never had my hair done there,The last time I got it done was in windixie plaza and the woman almost ruined it,so my color was fading and I needed a trim cause my hair was looking dead,I thought to myself let me just stop in and check out their prices,as soon as I walked in I was greeted and I met Dennis lee,their new stylist,and he is absolutley amazing!! I am from boston and have yet to meet a stylist around here that can compare to the city,This man is a hair genius,he gave me an incredible color also a cut that I love!!! I have long hair and usually to get the dead ends off everyone thinks chopping it a few inches well not him,this man get rid of every dead end with only cutting an inch,he goes through your whole head,I cannot say enough how happy I am with him.and the best part is it cost me the same as I payed at the other place,you just cannot go wrong with them.A woman's hair is her look and you need someone that you can trust and wants to make you look your best without robbing you.On Feb.2,2011 I got the best hair treatment that Ive had since paying $300 on Newbury street in Boston,I am more than happy,I feel amazing and i cannot thank him enough,Go see Dennis Lee at spa floridian you will love him!!!
