        Jeff is RUDE. I had a repair done on my dryer by George and a little over a month later, the same problem is back. Jeff was completely obnoxious about scheduling George to come back out and I wasn't thrilled about having him there either since his repair didn't fix the problem. I'm calling another company - A & G is AWEFUL!!!

        George was at our home to look at three appliances a washer, dryer and a microwave oven. He took the time to diagnose each one and gave us the information on what was needed for each. Our Maytag laundry machines were a little on the old side but He assured us that they still had quite a few more years of life left in them. The microwave needed a solder repair on the circut board and saved us the cost of a new part. Very knowlegeable and did NOT rush through the job. We will pass the word around!!!

        Do NOT call these people for your service. Our washer had a spin cycle problem. The technician did come out to fix the problem and charged us about $125 to replace a $100 pump problem (took < 45min to replace). As soon as he left there seemed to be a new problem which was a jerky noise coming from stopping the washer after the spin cycle so we called him back and Jeff - the owner picked up the phone and said he would try to have the technician return which he did within few minutes. The technician was so hostile in his explanation of how we didn't allow the spin cycle to go up to full speed before stopping it which was causing the sound. I spoke to him politely and calmly and he was fuming at us for having this complaint stating "I didn't touch that part of the drum that could cause any problem" and we should basically know better. He stormed out of our condo rudely and I called to complain to the owner Jeff who was not very receptive at all about their lack of professionalism.
