They are never on time for an appointment. I'm here now and had to wait an hour to be seen.. timing is not important to this office at all!!

They take time with your kids like pros. They also give your kids toys after each visit. The best thing, is when it is time for your kids to be seen, the parents can not go in the back to big spacious kid friendly treatment room. All they see is other kids getting their treatments done just like them, so its no pressure,it is no mom or dad to show off in front of just fun and other kids. My kids LOVE Small Smiles. They even remind me when their next appoint is due. :)
