Just in the mood for a relaxing stress reliever Deep Stretch is your class. ">No chanting or contracts. We do offer Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga classes too. Please enjoy our Smoothie Coffee and Juice Bar. Get a relaxing massage, or gear up for your next race at the Triathlete shop.

        Great place, great instructors, I fell in love with yoga since the first class. The hot yoga class is a great work out and you release so much stress!

        I love this studio! I have been going to Merri's classes for years and will be a lifetime customer. She is an expert yogi and loves what she does! Wether you are new to yoga or a fellow expert yogi I promise you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend her hot yoga classes for a good sweat! Love!!!
