Critter Control

I have previously used another company, Eliminate Em, and the technician had a very bad attitude. I paid (what I found out now) was a ridiculous amount and not only did they leave traps for a week and do nothing else, they did not capture the animal that was rabid, they made no apologies for not capturing it and said they probably scared it away? Probably? Great.



I called them regarding another animal issue and again, the same mean and condescending demeanor ..as if I was being done a favor at someone's inconvenience. I called Critter Control, Mike came right out (no long wait), he insisted on taking his shoes off in our home even though I said it wasn't necessary and he quickly caught the animal. Walked through and around the entire house, explained everything relating to it, offered me the option to have the animal tested for rabies and explained what happens after they were caught. He was very nice, very easy to speak with and ask questions and very knowledgable. Definitely do yourself a favor and use Mike!

I called Critter Control because I thought I had squirrels in my attic. Mike came out that same day and promptly ruled out squirrels and figured out I was actually hear chimney swifts. He put a camera up my chimney and wood burning stove pipe and then double checked the attic. We do have mice so he walked around the house showing me where we could caulk to keep them out and gave me tips how to get rid of them. He also gave me great tips for keeping the raccoons out of the garbage. All this on a free estimate! Mike is very knowledgable and passionate about removing animals in a humane way and not hurting them if at all possible. I highly recommend Mike at Critter Control!
