The poor reviews say it all, why bother repeating them, besides the fact that the owner and wife are prejudiced. If you are dark skinned, want to be treated like a second class citizen they by all means go in and see what happens. I do not mind the frames are under lock and key, what I minded the most was being treated by the staff and owner calling them over several times loudly asking "why they were wasting their time with me and my wife?" Well with a medical spending account I had over 1500 to spend, but they did not see a dime of it.

Besides the staff being rude and stand offish, the owner is even worse. They scratched my lens when fixing a screw. I was visiting my daughter from NY and was at the local resturant in the shopping center and decided to go in and have my glasses adjusted. As soon as I walked in 2 women seemed to be fighting for my atention...until..they learned I just wanted a repair. The blonde took my glasses and brought them back after a very long unusual wait and I saw the owner I presume, go to the back area they were at and sit down making some loud comment to the employee. She then brought my glasses back. Since they are frameless I saw immediately a scratch right below the screw. I told her it was never there before and now was in my line of vision. She got up and went in the back and the owner came out. He came to me handed me the glasses and announced he personally worked on them and a scratch indeed was already there. We argued a bit, he just got up waved his hand in the air and walked away. I sat there in disbelief. The shorter woman came over and said she was so sorry but there was nothing they could do. I left with my glasses ruined and had to deal with the scratch for remainder of my visit this past summer. If you live near there, or ever decide to try them out, my advice is DONT!

They have a very small parking lot that seems to be overcrowded and difficult to find a parking space. I felt like I was not wanted when I got in. Like I wasn't good enough to be there. Nobody greeted me or said hello. I looked around a bit, by myself and after about 20 minutes---left.
