I had lost one of the diamonds in my wedding ring and went to Toner's to have it replaced. Everyone made me feel at home. Ashley, the person who assisted me, was very professional and helpful. Not only did they replace the one diamond I had lost, they secured the others in the ring which had gotten loose over time. I would highly recommend Toner Jewelers.

Toner Jewelers has a combination of service, selection, and competitive pricing that cannot be outdone. Ashley and Breannah were incredible to work with, and I highly recommend anyone in the store as they are all outstanding. I went into the store with a fairly solid plan on what I wanted, but Ashley and Breannah really came through with suggestions based on my feedback and ultimately lead me to a different, but perfect ring.

I bought my wife's wedding ring at Toner Jewelry 23 years ago! After having visited several chain stores, I just knew that was not the buying experience I was looking for. I don't live in KC and honestly don't recall how we even found them but am so thankful that we did. My experience with Mike and his staff all those years ago was anything but scripted or salesy. I wanted a completely custom ring and Toner made my vision an amazing and beautiful reality. And while my wife's ring bears the battle scars of raising three wonderful boys and caring for thousands of patients as a nurse, it is still a stunning piece of jewelry! Fast forward 23 years and my oldest son is getting engaged. Like us, he started his search for the perfect ring at the chain stores and even purchased one from them for an inflated price. It was a beautiful ring but he asked our opinion on his purchase. We obviously didn't want to crush his spirit, but kindly nudged him to visit other stores to ensure he felt comfortable with his purchase. We went with him, knowing of course that Toner was on the short list of places we wanted him to experience. We did visit several other jewelers, but when we walked through the doors at Toner, he immediately knew that this place was different. He was completely blown away by the attention and service he received. Paizley, Angil and Ashley bent over backwards to find him the exact ring he was looking for at an affordable price. They were pleasant, informative, and not at all salesy. It was so reassuring that absolutely nothing had changed in the past 23 years. He received a level of care and service that is uncommon in today's retail world. We all enjoyed a nice glass of wine during the process and walked out of the store with a level of confidence that had been lacking up to that point. If this is the kind of experience you are looking for, and who wouldn't be, we would highly recommend Toner Jewelry for all your jewelry needs and desires!

Great store with a wide variety of pieces....from beautiful estate pieces to trendy designer pieces. Wonderful jewelry sales consultants that are highly knowledgeable of the jewelry specialty; Ashley being a favorite consultant. I have done much business at this store from selling some of my personal pieces, to buying many pieces and having custom pieces made; and have been nothing but pleased with all my transactions. This is a jewelry store that I would highly recommend!!!!!!!

We got our wedding rings at Toner when they were at their old location off I-435 and Metcalf. And we've been coming back now that they're in their awesome new showroom. We're always treated well and we appreciate their help. And Ashley was great when we were in the last time!

My wife and I go into Toner jewelers quite often. We love the atmosphere at Toner. No one that we have dealt with there has ever been pushy or like they are just out to make an extra buck on you. Each one of the sales consultants is there for you and will help you find what you are looking for. We normally work directly with Michael Toner or with Alisha. This last time I went in and had Ashley and Paizley help me find a gift for my wife. Everyone that we have worked with is great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great quality jewelry. They also have estate section that my wife loves and finds great deals. Thank you Toner Jewelers for a great expirence every time.

I went into Toners to look at estate jewelry. Ashley greeted me and was very professional, helpful and friendly. Best of all she had patience. I like to look at everything. I bought a designer ring that I love. I also have an in store credit and will be asking for Ashley when I go back. I have to add that the store was great, and had a lot of nice things at great prices.

This is my second experience with Toner Jewelers--a local business in Overland Park, KS. I was referred by another business to have my husband's wedding ring sized and repaired at Toner's as part of a Christmas gift in December, 2016--one week before Christmas. They were polite and professional and promptly and professionally performed the ring sizing, cleaning, and repair. The ring looked like new when I picked it up! My husband passed away, unexpectedly, January 17th, 2017. I went back to Toner's to choose a chain so I could wear my husband's wedding ring as a necklace in remembrance and honor of him. Ashley helped me and was comforting, patient and very helpful to me on Friday, February 3, 2017, Ashley found some reasonably-priced estate chains to show me and helped me choose something appropriate. I chose two chains, to wear together but one needed to be shortened. They were already "ready" for pick up on Monday, February 6th, 2017, and they are beautiful! Thank you, Ashley, for your understanding and patience during this difficult time.

Beautiful jewelry and fantastic customer service. I had rings resized and repaired and they were done beautifully and ahead of time. Sonya was so helpful and pleasant to work with, she even sent me a Thank You note.

I went in to look for my daughters graduation gift. I worked with Ashley and she was wonderful. In the end we ended up designing a special piece for her. The necklace is just beautiful, she loved it. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and will be going back again!

I have been to Toner Jeweler on 2 different occasions. The first was to get my wedding set fixed for valentines day and was helped by Ashley. When I picked my set up I was so thrilled with the workmanship of the repairman. It was better than the original. The second visit, I went in to get another ring sized and was helped by Lori, she helped me get it on so we shopped for earrings, since it was my birthday.

Immediately we were met by Ashley asking how she could assist us. I had broken a prong on my wedding ring. She met with the jeweler and promptly was able to tell us what was needed and cost to repair. Like promised it was ready in 3 days. Great service!

From the moment I walked in the door the service and staff was exceptional. The custom designing process was very easy and the jeweler was awesome. Even the turn around was less than a week. I highly recommend Toner for all jewelry needs. Ashley is wonderful and made my experience and absolute delight!!
