We appreciated the great service that we received when most people would be at home celebrating Christmas with their families.
Hotel staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and fresh even towards the end of the breakfast hours.
I visit here frequently. Staff is always wonderful to me. Molly usually takes care of me every time I come in!!!
I was there the first weekend in February, and enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and big for my wife and dog. I appreciated that there was no extra charge for my pet, which is very unusual. The front desk clerk even talked to me about my dog, and Molly was helpful in getting my room early, so I wouldn't have to drive around with my pet. Next time we are in KC we will be staying here.
We found the property pleasant and clean. Staff was helpful. Closets were large and spacious, Great bathtub and wonderful bed!
The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I would stay at this particular hotel again if the need arises.
This property is well maintained and functions very well. The breakfasts have always been done very well, evening hospitality hour, Monday to Thursday is a plus. The manager is usually always available and the staff is attentive to your needs. DVD player in the room with available movies is a plus as well. I find the rooms and bathroom always clean. I have stayed at this property many times and will continue when I can get a room, it is quite busy!
My son and I spent the night here at Hawthorn Suite by Wyndham and it was a great stay! Very nice staff and great service with a smile! Great place for a family and look forward in our next stay, and it will be with Hawthorn
Check in experience was painless. Dawn at the front desk was awesome, friendly, cheerful. very helpful. Rooms are pleasant. Rooms are warm, simple but pleasing decor. Hi def cable great. Suites are like small apartments and very spacious and comfortable. Will stay again!!
I have stayed in this hotel several times, from 1 night to a week, and have never been disappointed. Great place to stay. Love the atmosphere of the different buildings surrounding a central dining area, pool and lobby. Helpful staff and awesome breakfast! Friendly breakfast staff that provide a great morning experience!
