Bead Shop

I called this store yesterday to ask about swarovski crystals, hoping they would have flatbacks or hotfixes. She had no idea what I was talking about, which is fine, I had no problem with that, but she said she did not know what I was talking about, that she had never heard of "hotbags" before. I repeated what I was looking for and she said I should just come in, instead, although, she had no idea what they were. I advised her if she did not know, why would I come in. She had no interest in asking anyone else if they had any such item and just wanted me to drive there to see for myself. I told her apparently you do not carry this item and I would not be coming in. She simply did not care. I was not impressed and will never be visiting this store. I gave this store one star, which is too many.

The people here are so friendly and eager to help. I bought lots of beads there and they helped me match up all the colors so that I had great color combinations. They have everything and anything you need but no junky stuff. The prices are comparable to on line prices, in my opinion. And the quality they carry is very good. I bought some jasper on line and it was terrible. I saw the same jasper in this store and it was slightly higher priced but triple the quality. The gemstones are beautiful!. The people who work there are extremely nice too. I really have such good experiences everytime I go there that I thought it time to actually share my thoughts. I've been to other bead stores in the area and they are all decent and nice people but this one is my favorite.
