        It has been a pleasure to do business with Michael Martone and his staff. Mr. Martone is friendly, courteous and highly professional. I have brought numerous vehicles into the auto body shop over the years and the quality of the work always impresses. Highly recommended!

        Oh boy oh boy. I drove in and asked for a complete detail.... which they seemingly have never done before! I left the car from a Tuesday afternoon at 2 PM and finally picked it up at 10 AM on Thursday...So that's ridiculous. They said they'd touch up some paint. They didn't do that....they said they'd clean and shampoo the entire interior...seats and carpet dirty. Finally they said they were unable to clean the seats. What ?!?! !!!! They used some cleaner that got into the interior switch for the trunk. The trunk kept opening on its own. The boss told me it was because something was wrong with my car to begin with. What?!! Nothing was ever wrong with the trunk opener until this Service. NOW I HAVE TO REPLACE THE TRUNK OPENER SWITCH...MAYBE $200. They will be presented either the bill. If they reimburse me, I might remove this review. I'm playing as dirty as they are. They promised a service for which they charged $180 and did not deliver. I had to go back four times to have them get items done. When I presented these issues to the owner, Mike, he threw the check at me... He raised his voice at me. (Ultimately they never cleaned the carpet and they never washed the seats.)
        No no no no no no no!!! If you want your car detailed go elsewhere. And if you have an auto collision or need bodywork, go to Santucci, Briarcliff Autobody....OR ANYWHERE ELSE...He's honest and reputable. And he doesn't have a bad temper like this guy..... not the end of my horror story but I'm done writing. I've given this place enough time.
