Overall

upon arriving at night I pulled up to pump 6 , I accidentally slid my credit card in backwards therefore the card reader couldn't read my card, I pressed the button to call the attendant to have him reset the pump however no response was given when I pressed the button several times. I walked in to see the attendant behind the counter he was very nice I told him what happened, he said that he couldn't reset the pump but would hold my credit card so I could get gas. I walked back out to the pump to fill up. then I walk back into the store to purchase the gas and get my credit card. the attendant kept swiping the card but for some reason the card reader said "denied" which made no sense I have money to cover my gas. I asked if he could reset it so he called Taylor over I'm surprised Taylor could even heard him since Taylor had his iphone earphones in his ears Taylor walked over didn't reset the machine swiped my credit card and it came up "denied" again. Taylor looked right at me and said in a most hateful voice and tone "you have no money" there were also customers standing next to me who heard what Taylor said. I asked who the manager was and Taylor said it was him. This is rude, unprofessional , ruins Conoco image and reputation. After I walked out of the store, I had several people come up to me and tell me how rude Taylor was and that they couldn't believe how he spoke to me. One customer said that he works at a bank and knew that their machine needed to be reset to take my credit card. I want to know how Conoco employee's someone like Taylor to work with their customers and have a hateful attitude. Does Conoco not care about their image??? reputation??? customers????? I am beyond appalled at how I was treated with the words "you have no money" this is beyond rude and unprofessional. I am a female and I had my babies with me with my husband in the car. Maybe Taylor does not like speaking to women if this is the case then he shouldn't be in customer service or customer facing job.
