Wingwood Apartments

Awful place they are never in the office and they never return your call. The wall ac/heater units are over 14 years old and it only in the living room and they do not work properly. The kitchen appliances are old.The is only one maintenance man and they never last. The manger runs two properties so the office is always close. Once you move they do not fix anything!!!

worst place to live, small, not at all worth the price. i lived there for 5 months, within the first 2 months, 2 out of 4 burners on my stove.broke, my garbage disposal broke, my toilet broke & the showerhead fell off while i was showering. finally when i decided to break my lease i informed them & 2 weeks later i woke up to a random man in my face telling me he was there for maintenance. about a month before i officily broke my lease a car blew up next to mine & 2 days after that my home was invaded & robbed. the walls are too thin & if a nwighbor takes a step uou can hear it in your apt. hated living here & it was my first apt.

Sure, the rent is cheap, but what you don't pay for in rent you will pay in electricity, the apartments are not central air conditioned. When I got the apartment it had roaches, the bathroom gets moldy and the kitchen floor cracks over time. Also, you barely have privacy since you can hear right through the walls between you and your neighbors. The fusebox for some reason turned off the water heater when it rains, so you have to remember to turn the switch back on before you take a bath. To their credit, management will help you when you tell them something, except when they owe you money or you tell them the bathroom has mold on the wall, I think that's illegal in florida, but don't quote me on that. If you are willing to put up with the hassle then this is the place for you.
