The worst business I have ever worked for. Paychecks don't arrive on-time, checks bounce, employees time not seen as valuable. I don't want my review to be an essay, but having seen the working side of this business, definitely don't see these people for your training needs. The groupon is a scam, everything is marked up at least 100% (eg: the "range fee" is $10 but they charge you $20). You can pay stuff over the phone, but if you cancel for any reason, they keep your money. I saw a pregnant woman pay in full and register for class, was told she couldn't shoot because it was a "liability", and they said "oh, just give us a call after you've given birth, we will get you in a class then since you already paid." These are sketchy people, do not trust them. Bad business practices, STAY AWAY! When the lead instructor started coach his son's football team, he brought in another instructor who (more than once) waved loaded firearms around on a cold range, where no guns should be loaded at all. Having a loaded gun as the instructor is ok, as long as you don't pull it out until we are shooting. But waving it around, and pointing it at student's feet while loaded, is absolutely unacceptable. If you can't tell, I'm angry. Avoid USS Agency or USS Academy at all costs!

Great class, super informative, well organized, I actually learned significant amount of very useful information, I also learned a lot at the range and it was fun, and when I came to regional licensing office to apply for my license the office clerk was super thrilled that I have all nessesary papers in order, he couldn't believe it and showed it to other people at the office, it took less then 15 min to apply, and it was super easy. Thank you so much. You rock!!!!
