Where do I begin.......The overall process started out good friendly of course your buying a car. Stacy was my sales guy and also dealt with Eddie. They were very nice and charming in the beginning. Stacy assured me he was a stand up guy and that he would take care of me. I purchased a Malibu from the dealership. When I test drove it I could not go far as the car was out of gas. The next day I advised Stacy that the car hesitates when trying to accelerate into traffic or slow down and try to pick up speed. The RPM's show engine high but vehicle move slow. I brought the car to the dealership and Stacy jumped in the car flew around the lot jumped out and said nothing was wrong. Eddie jumped in the car went out on main road in traffic and said nothing was wrong. I ASKED to be switched into another car and was denied saying my title was already put in my name and they could not make any changes. I have had this car into 3 different shops Good Year, Chevrolet w. Colonial and Amoco Transmission w. Colonial. I have all the paperwork to show proof. I have spent $500 so far and the issue still is not fixed. I put a big down payment on the car and I don't owe that much on the car. I was just going to leave the car and park it and take a loss. My mom begged me to please not do that and to give her a chance to talk to them. My mom called Stacy and he assured her he wanted to make it right and would put me in another car. I called Stacy on Yesterday 3/4/15 @ 5:15pm and he advised me he spoke with my mom and told her it would not be a switch it would be a trade. My mom advised that was not what she was told. So basically Stacy wants me to trade in the car I have currently take a loss on what I have put down and spend more money to get into a decent driving car. I can not believe this as I only had the car 1 month. Dealerships that try to take advantage of people will never prosper or get ahead. I'm a single mother of 2 small kids and just wanted a reliable car. Since I cant get the help I need from the dealership I have no chose but to pay the remaining balance quickly and trade the car. Please don't let there smiles and handshakes when you over. Take a mechanic to look at the car before you purchase. Once you sign the papers your on your own. I hope this helps someone.....God Bless
