        Overall

        After traveling for years down to Florida to visit my parents and needing transportation from Orlando airport to Daytona beach. I finally found the best service, Town car now of Orlando. First rate and the most reasonable rates. I highly recommend this company

        Driver ripped us off!

        Dec 30, 2013 - Update

        Kristen at TCN called me when she read my post and apologized for the situation. She offered to refund me the $26 by cheque.... That was back in on August 18. After numerous emails to inquire about my refund, I have not received any response. Beware if you use TCN.





        August 2013 - My initial review of TCN was positive. That was until I got home in Canada and received my receipt. The driver took it upon himself to give himself a $26 tip without my knowledge. That was before I tipped the driver in cash. I've asked to have the $26 refunded and have not received a phone call back even to acknowledge my complaint. I will not be using this company again.
